Thank you for taking the time to visit my site.

With this site I hope to be able to share with you some of the many ideas that have helped me to grow as a human being. I will also place on here some of the inspirational writings and poems that have assisted me to become much more aware of how I take my place in society.
I believe we are all equal, as individuals we are sometimes misinformed by others that they are better than we are, and if we take a look at our country today it is all about status and position. My belief is that in our creators eyes we are equal, a concept I used to find difficult to believe. Money and position does not make a person.
To me what makes a person is how they deal with life and its experiences, and how they treat others.
One of my favourite sayings is, try turning your obstacles into stepping stones.
The key to changing our lives rests in our minds and we should be much more aware of how we think, as it is our thinking that directs and builds our lives into either positive or negative experiences. I know that our thoughts direct our emotions and vice versa.

  Do you wish to change your life?

If you do, then be ready to look at the whole of your life and go along with the challenges that come along, and there will be challenges. Many people are afraid of change and this comes from our fears of the unknown. I hope that through this site I can help those who wish to change to do so. I cannot guarantee that anything I post on here will work for you, only you yourself can change your life.
Self Awareness is the starting point, and then a constant programme of changing how you think as this is what will re-direct you into a much better way of living.
Please remember also, that we make mistakes and get it wrong. I have always made mistakes but now I am much more aware of how to avoid mistakes by being aware of any patterns I may be following. Remember to laugh and also to cry and accept that we are emotional as well as spiritual beings. Best wishes in your endeavours.
